We saw several of these prarie racerunner lizards on the trail at Konza Prarie, near Manhattan, KS. This little guy would repeatedly pause to look back at us, then scurry on down the trail. Painting the various colors of the grasses led me to marvel at the wisdom of God’s design in his markings.
